After successful payment, you must upload your palm photos and allow your report to be generated within 24 hours. Reports are typically ready within seconds of upload, so this window is almost always more than enough time.
Once your report has been generated within the 24-hour window, the purchase is final. Refunds are not provided under any circumstances after report generation — including dissatisfaction with the reading's content, accuracy, or interpretation style, as palm reading is inherently subjective and provided for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only.
If your report is not generated within 24 hours of payment due to a technical issue on our end, contact us and we will either regenerate your report or process a refund at our discretion.
