To generate and deliver your report, we collect your email address, optional phone number, the palm photographs you upload, and payment details processed by Razorpay (we never see or store your card/UPI credentials ourselves). If you use the follow-up chat feature, we also store your questions and the AI's answers for the duration of that session.
Your palm photographs are sent to an AI model to generate your reading and are used for no other purpose. Your email is used to deliver your report and access link, and to respond if you contact us. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.
Uploaded photos and generated reports are stored in private cloud storage, never publicly accessible, and retrieved only via short-lived signed links. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
