To generate and deliver your report, we collect your email address, optional phone number, the palm photographs you upload, and payment details processed by Razorpay (we never see or store your card/UPI credentials ourselves). If you use the follow-up chat feature, we also store your questions and the AI's answers for the duration of that session.
Your palm photographs are sent to an AI model to generate your reading and are used for no other purpose. Your email is used to deliver your report and access link, and to respond if you contact us. We do not sell your personal data, and we never send your palm photographs, email, or report content to any analytics or advertising provider.
We use Google Analytics (GA4), Microsoft Clarity, and the Meta Pixel to understand how visitors use this site — page views, general traffic sources, device/browser type, on-site behavior such as clicks, scroll depth, and session recordings/heatmaps, and checkout activity for advertising measurement — so we can improve the site, diagnose problems, and measure our ads. These tools use first- and third-party cookies and similar technologies, and Google, Microsoft, and Meta process the resulting usage data under their own privacy terms (see the Google Privacy Policy, the Microsoft Privacy Statement, and the Meta Privacy Policy). By using this site, you agree to this data collection and use. This tracking is limited to how the website itself is used and general checkout activity (e.g. that a checkout started or completed, and its value) — it is separate from, and never includes, your uploaded palm photos, email, phone number, or report content.
Uploaded photos and generated reports are stored in private cloud storage, never publicly accessible, and retrieved only via short-lived signed links. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
